Love getting tracks from Action Jackson. The guy just doesn’t disappoint.
There have been sooooo many remixes of Passion Pit’s “sleepy head” since the stems went out for remix competition(I seem to remember). This is a dam fine example.
Whats the point in remixing something and not really changing it up. Action Jackson has killed it by lacing this with a load of classic (i.e. in a Hashim/Newcleus kinda way) electro beats.
Get popping and locking… throw the lino down and wait for the chorus when the whole world swims in strings. Get Robotic!
